Bryce's moving up ceremony.....

A couple Saturday's ago, Bryce had his moving up ceremony from his white belt to his yellow belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. He loves Tae-Kwon-Do and he does very well at it. Mr. Steve and Mrs. Bre are excellent and caring teachers and I am so glad he has people like them to be his teachers.

Here he is doing his "moves".

Waiting for his turn to have his yellow belt put on.

Mr. Steve putting it on for him and announcing him.

Sitting patiently and watching the others.
The different one's that moved up that day.

Bryce with Ms. Bre and Mr. Steve with a couple of their little one's in the background.
Here is a little video montage of Bryce and the others.

Some positive thoughts for the day......

My Dad sent this out today, and I thought it was well spoken, so though I would post it here.

All of us could use a little encouragement this morning and maybe the following will help to do that:

1. The Bible still has all the answers for our daily needs.
2. Praying for God's will to be done will still work.
3. There still should be singing of praises to Him.
4. God still pours out blessings upon His people.
5. There still is room at the Cross.
6. Jesus still loves us all.
7. God still is in control and the final chapter of His plan is yet to be fulfilled.

There are some encouraging results from the election:

1. That the marriage amendment passed in Florida and Arizona and it is ahead in liberal California.
2. That the Democrats did not reach the 60 Democrat Senators, so the Republicans can still filibuster any bill and stop it from being voted on.
3. That William Snyder and Tom Rooney won in Florida.
4. That the election is finally over!!

Keep looking up, for His return gets closer every day!!

Trunk-or-treat

I am basically going to let the pictures speak for themselves. Had a great time doing our first Trunk-or-Treat down on campus and then went around to the different houses/trailers that wished to participate. It was a perfect area to do this in and there were many cute "trunks" and many cute kids in costumes and even some adults.

Kayla Martin and I unknowingly were thinking along some of the same lines, so it made for some adorable pictuers of her kids, mixed in with what Steve and I did.
One bad Mamma Jamma

Loved Ticie's idea. So cute!
