TRAINING WHEELS FOR SALE!!

Tonight while Connor was playing with the wheels on Bryce's bike, just spinning them around which he loves to do, somehow the chain came off. So Daddy to the rescue! As he was working on putting the chain back on he decided it was time to take the training wheels off and talked to Bryce about what he was doing and how he learned to ride a bike when he was a little boy. Bryce wasn't too sure at first and kept saying he didn't think he wanted to try, but as soon as supper was over, the family headed out. Connor in his stroller with Mommy pushing and Daddy running behind the bike without training wheels with the nervous but excited Bryce on board.
It didn't take Bryce long at all and with just a few falls, where he caught himself before actually falling, he became very good at riding his bike and by the time they made the third lap around the neighborhood, he was riding his bike all by himself with the extremely patient Daddy (more so than Mommy would have been probably) falling farther and farther behind as Bryce kept getting more confident and faster up ahead.
He rode until after dark, past his bedtime, but we made an exception for tonight, and came home one happy and proud big boy.
