Friday after school, starting around 3:30pm was our M.O.M.S. group Fall party. The kids could come in costumes if they wanted (they all did, but within an hour or two, some had abandoned theirs due to either being sweaty or itchy), and we had pizza, chips, drinks and each child got a bag of candy to take home with them.
It was a little warm at first, but in the shade and/or after the sun went down, it was beautiful. The kids just had a great time playing in the backyard or driveway with a wide variety of toys, or the swingset, etc. Ada Budensiek did a great job decorating and had a very unique and cute touch and had created a great photo-op moment in one area. The kids had a great time. This picture is of my favorite Power Ranger with one of his favorite Tae-Kwon-Do cousins.
Saturday Steve had to work all day and I just spent the day at home enjoying not having to go anywhere or do anything. Michael Huff came in the early afternoon to spend the rest of the day playing with Bryce and spent the night with us and then went to church with us in the morning. It was nice having an extra hour of sleep on Sunday morning.
